Hammering out a relationship
"You better run" yelled the mother. "No... please", cried the little boy. Blood pouring down his face. No sounds except the footsteps of the little boy running. His mother was chasing him around the house with a hard steel hammer. Knowing that he was going to die, Tyler couldn't help but slow down. One tear shed.
Tyler was a ten year old boy who lived with his abusive parents in a big house. His parents were rich and didn't care for him. They tortured the little boy everyday just for pleasure. One day his mother came home drunk and randomly grabbed a hammer. She came after Tyler with no intension. She had gotten one hit on him and then he ran. She kept chasing after him until...she got him again.
Tyler fell to the ground hard. The mother stopped and looked down at her son on the floor, dead. She dropped the hammer and ran out the door.
The father came home from work about two hours later. Walking up the steps, he noticed a blood trail along the hallway. In the middle of the floor lied a big blood spot. The father called the mother and asked what had happened. She told her husband everything. The husband stood quiet for about five seconds and then asked "where is the body". The mother replied "I left the body there, along with the hammer". "No hammer, no Tyler", replied the father. The father left the house quickly.
About two days later, the mother got a call on her cell phone. It was Tyler's school asking why he was absent. She told them that he was very sick. As she got ready to leave her hotel room, she got another call. She answered the phone. All of a sudden, she heard a little boy crying. She got afraid and hung up the phone. Oddly, she still heard the crying. It was coming from outside her room. Slowly, she opened the door and saw Tyler standing there with a hammer saying, "No, you better run".
