How does that feel?
1972. A year that is now remembered for the shocking events that occurred. In the small town of Oakwood which had a population of 537 people, not much ever really happened. Nothing out of the ordinary. But in 1972 a woman in her late thirties went missing. It was unheard of in the town of Oakwood. That is until 1972.
People where scared as they had never experienced anything like this before. And with only 537 people living in the town it was most likely to be the work of someone they all walked among every day. But unfortunately this happened to be the first of many mysterious disappearances. What was happening in this once safe town?
Over the next month, nearly 12 people went missing. The police were clueless. As was everybody else. Lily, a 16 year old girl who felt the whole thing was exciting rather than scary, hated small town life because of the boredem and isolation of it.
Her best friends Lukas and Willow were much like Lily. Lukas was a musician. He sang in a band called Sympathy. Willow was a shy and clever girl who kept Lily and Lukas out of trouble. The three of them were best friends.
The people missing excited them. There was now an element of danger in Oakwood. They loved that. Willow's parents where in Rome, so Lily and Lukas had spent the last couple of nights at Willow's.
That night just before the three of them were heading off to bed, Lukas went into the kitchen to get a glass of water. He then washed the glass. As Lukas was making his way out of the kitchen, he heard a voice coming from a room in Willow's house that he never really noticed before. He had never been in that room.
The voice seemed like it was in pain. Lukas went over to the door. "HELP", Lukas then clearly heard the voice say. He opened the door. In front of him were 11 dead bodies and one girl who looked like she had been beaten and stabbed but was still holding on. Lukas couldn't believe it. Then from behind him a voice said "Is there a problem?", it was Willow. She had a little grin on her face. Lukas was speechless.
Lily was upstairs, not having a clue as to what was going on downstairs. "WHY?" Lukas asked Willow. She simply replied "WHY NOT". Willow then pulled out an already bloody knife from behind her back. The dying girl on the floor screamed for help. Lily didn't hear it as she was listening to her i-pod.
The girl's scream distracted Lukas and he quickly glanced at the dying girl. It was enough time for Willow to make her move and drive the knife into his stomach. Lukas fell to the floor. Willow then made her way up to Lily's room..........
