Past Experiences

Everyone at GlenLake High knew who Shannon Greg was. Her father worked for the production company of the local news station "Beta7 News". Whenever he could her father Carl got her a spot to do the weather.

She was humble, pretty, and sweet. Her mother Lenda and her father werent divorced, her brother wasn't to annoying, and nothing to bad had ever happened to her. Sometimes she thought her life was to perfect, why hadnt anything bad ever happened to her. Her best friend Yani had been through her parents divorce, the death of her closest cousin, a broken arm , ankle, and a surgery to remove her appendix.

It made her feel weird but she enventually got over it. On her way to her bus after school Yani ran up to her with a very anxious face. "What!" Shannon said.

"You would not believe this, Mr. Lambert wants us to do a report on a weird thing that happened in our past. It will require lots of detail and it has to be something bad, scary, or weird. I think im going to do mine on my surgery."

"Well, i have nothing to do mines on, and what is the point of this?" Shannon said annoyed.

"It's to free us of pain Mr.Lambert says" Yani said jokingly.

"Face it are Language Arts teacher is weird" Shannon argued.

"Well ask your mom maybe you did something weird when you were three" Yani exclaimed laughing.

"Maybe, well see you tomorrow" Shannon said.

When shannon arrived home she immediately ran and told her mom about her conversation with Yani.

"Well honey why don't you write about your Grandpa's death" her mother said with a sad expression.

"What are you talking about Grandpa didnt die" she yelled confused."Oh i forgot" her mom said.

Her mother then went on to explain how she tended to block things out of her memory that were bad. Her doctor called it long term memory loss, her psychiatrist called it blocking away the bad because she allways tended to block out bad memories. She then learned she had also broken her wrist when she was five and gotten ten stitches on her lower back.

She kept thinking to herself what else had she forgotten, what things had she forgotten that happened when know one was around. Her mother then told her she could try to remeber by really thinking hard. She then decided she could do her report on her grandfather dying. But she suddenly changed her mind thinking that everyone would probably do there project on death of a family member. She decided to think in the silence of her room.

As she thought she could suddenly see herself violently stabbing a little blonde girl, at first her vision was cloudy but by now she could see a face. A beautiful blue eyed girl. She suddenly began to sweat she could see herself yelling at the girl and backing her into the woods behind her house. She could see herself stabbing the girl again. She finally broke out of her deep thought and saw she was covered in sweat. She began to sob heavy tears.

It must of been a dream she thought. She was sweating so bad that she decided to take a shower. Sunddenly she heard a boom. She peaked out the shower curtain and was faced with a bloody figure of a blonde girl!

"Remember me. Sara. You killed me for nothing, you ended my life because I stole something form you. Do you remember. Do you.

"No I didnt" shannon screamed

"Do you remember all the blood. My screams. Do you remember how you buried me. Right by the biggest oak tree.

"I remeber now but i wont tell" she said sobbing.

"Admit what you did" Sara screeched and then dissapeared.

The doorbell suddenly rang. Shannon was so paranoid that she flipped out the shower slamming down hard on her elbow.

She threw on a robe running to the door hoping it was her dad. When she looked threw the peephole the bloody figure of sara sent her dirty fingernail though the glass stabbing shannon's cheek.

"Tell, tell what you did" sara screeched.

Sara ran to the police station with only her rob on and her hair was still wet. She told the police everything. They didnt believe her until she was able to describe the exact way she killed her and the location. The Sara Shepard Mystery was solved and cause of death was multiple stab wounds.

10 years later.....

"Ms.Greg come on out it is your turn in the yard" A prison guard said motioning her out Shannon cell.

"I won't come out I still want to know why I am in here." Shannon screeched.

The police officer slammed the cell door shut and walked away mumbling.

Everyone knew who Shannon Greg was. She thought she had never done or been through anything bad. Shannon was origianlly diagnosed with long term memmory which changed to an early stage of Alzheimers. She rotted in jail not knowing what she had done, or why she was in jail. She thought she was innocent and that she had been mistaken for another criminal. In her mind she had done nothing.

Nothing she could remember.

Why?
by: Skittles

Why would you make this story a rip off of the great Pretty Little Liars books by Sara Shepard? This was made around a character Sara Shepard who was killed by the main character Shannon. Sara Shapard is an AMAZING author and you basically just killed her. This would've been an AMAZING story only if you hadn't ripped off Sara. I thank you for posting this story on this web site and I hope that you post many more.
